TOPIC 1 : FITNESS AND EATING HABITS

 
Hi everyone. My name is Mai Huong, I'm 16 years old and I study in class DM1801. Today I will talk about my exercise and eating habits.


I'm a chubby person. My body structure makes losing weight very difficult. My eating habits are also quite erratic. I think that's why it's hard for me to lose weight.








In the morning, I usually wake up at 5am to prepare breakfast and go to school. But there are days when I don't have time to eat breakfast because I wake up late. Therefore, I often skip breakfast. After returning from school, I was quite tired. I had a small lunch and went to bed. In the afternoon, I often go play badminton and learn dancing with my friends.




I only have 2 days off a week: Saturday and Sunday. On holidays and when I don't have to go to school, I will go for a walk in the park with my mother in the morning. I get up early at 5 a.m. and walk for 30 minutes. 





In my free time, I often play badminton with my father. After each exercise, I sweat quite a lot and feel very refreshed. Exercising makes me feel healthier. Maintaining this habit for a long time has helped me have good health and a comfortable spirit.





To stay in shape, I often eat green vegetables, drink lots of water, eat seafood and low-fat foods. I think you should avoid foods high in sugar, starch, grease and fast food. 





Regarding my eating habits, I think it's not very healthy. I like to eat fast food like fried chicken, spaghetti, fried fish balls, cakes and meat dishes. I need to adjust my menu because eating like that is not good for my health, especially it will make me susceptible to obesity and diabetes.





Everyone should adjust their exercise and diet accordingly to have a balanced body and good health!
