TOPIC 1 : FITNESS AND EATING HABITS
Hi everyone. My name is Mai Huong, I'm 16 years old and I study in class DM1801. Today I will talk about my exercise and eating habits. I'm a chubby person. My body structure makes losing weight very difficult. My eating habits are also quite erratic. I think that's why it's hard for me to lose weight. In the morning, I usually wake up at 5am to prepare breakfast and go to school. But there are days when I don't have time to eat breakfast because I wake up late. Therefore, I often skip breakfast. After returning from school, I was quite tired. I had a small lunch and went to bed. In the afternoon, I often go play badminton and learn dancing with my friends. I only have 2 days off a week: Saturday and Sunday. On holidays and when I don't have to go to school, I will go for a walk in the park with my mother in the morning.
